If I can save one person from going through what I did this will be worth it. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!! If you have a common cold you might be ok. The staff is horrendous. The PA was nice but after a very serious diagnosis I never got to talk to her again and I never got to see it speak to the Dr after repeated requests to have them call me back. No compassion in that office whatsoever. This is not how good medicine is practiced. I’ve worked in this field and have never seen anything as bad as this. The office manager was horrible.

It was surreal. I had never had an experience like this ever. Dr Jones was a good Dr for me for 8 years and I really liked him. Then his daughter Chloe spoke to me so rudely that I was teary eyed because I had such a bad day already. She said I missed an appointment and I said I did not. I said I called and left a message and she told me that didn't matter. I told Dr Jones and he said he would take care of it. WHen she called me for the results I was rude to her on the phone. In a rude voice I said, "Don't ever speak to me like that again EVER! She is the same age as my daughter and if my daughter talked to a customer like she did I would fire my own daughter. We own several businesses and she works for me. She is 22 and I have never had one complaint ...EVER because she was taught to respect people and be kind. I have seen other reviews discuss how rude his family is (his wife is the office manager and didn't like that I yelled at her daughter so she sent me a letter stating I am not… longer a patient. I would never tell someone how to raise their child but at 22 she is not a child and clearly has not been taught the basics. My children were raised in an. environment that was family business too. My children are taught that any task you ask of someone else you must be able to do. Customers are important and when we behave badly people don't want to come back. My kids will clean the toilets if it needs to be done and will be humble about what we have. We have a lot but never ever ever would it be OK for anyone to talk to anyone that way. My guess is Chloe is the kid that got a trophy for showing up and has no idea how to work especially in a family business. It is important for kids to learn how to handle conflict and sending patients away because they were rude to your daughter is pathetic. They have created a brat that still acts like a brat after she turns 20!!!

Dr. Jones cares about the whole person, not just a particular health issue. He is enters pertinent information in the computer but takes the time to really listen and hear what his patient is saying. He has been spot-on with diagnosing problems and has been very good at prescribing what is needful--medications, procedures, etc.

Terrible experience! I asked about my thyroid because I was having difficulty losing weight. He laughed and told me that if a thyroid is such a big deal, how come there were no Jews during the Holocaust that died fat. He was trying to be funny. I didn't laugh. He knew I was upset-the girl up front was rude too. I heard Dr Jones was a good doctor and I wanted to like him but he fell quite short. When I had arrived I was listening to the 2 front desk girls were talking about a women that just went in the back. They were annoyed and it was very uncomfortable. I was going to say something about but afterward realizes that the Dr making fun of Jews really wouldn't care if the girls up front were being nice to patients or even respecting their privacy-not a good place

Not very nice and laughed at some of my questions. For example when I asked him about the possibility of a thyroid problem and relating it to weight gain he literally laughed and said,"your thyroid may have something small to do with it but I doubt your exercising. People blame their weight issues on their thyroid but I'm sure there were Jewish people in the holocaust with thyroid disorders and there was never a fat one.". I know he was trying to be funny but it made me feel stupid and very dismissed. Won't go back and I'm sad about it because a few years ago I thought he was one of the best

I have been a patient of Dr. Jones's for several years. He has saved my life several times. He has went so far as to call my other Dr.s to talk about my health. I'm 64 yrs. old and in all my life I have never had such a perfect Dr.. He has even called me when another Dr. has admitted me into the hospital, just to say Hi and check on me. If you are considering Dr. Jones as your general practitioner, do not even think twice. Pick Dr. Jones you won't ever be disappointed.

EXCELLENT FAMILY DR. HE ACTUALLY COME AND GETS YOU HIMSELF FROM THE WAITING ROOM. NEVER RUSHES ME, AND ALWAYS REMEMBERS MY FAMILY. HIS FAMILY IS ENVOLVED IN THE PRACTIE AND THEY'RE ALL VERY PERSONAL.

Dr. Jason Jones is a credit to his profession. I can't believe that in today's world there is a Dr. that answers his own after hours #, and if you leave a VM message he returns the call within 30 minutes. This is the kind of service that Dr.'s used to give many years ago. Dr. Jones definitely need to receive some sort of award or commendation!
