If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible with parent education. I had to have my pediatrician’s office contact the group for an anesthesia record to actually see what my child was sedated with. There were so many things ill-explained. My sedated and screaming child, whom was quite literally beating me up was disregarded and instead I was being asked for a form of payment. 10/10 would not recommend. I was asking quite valid questions being a health care professional myself and instead I was told “ I have never had an experience like this before, you’re being rude and I’m not doing the procedure.” All because I wanted to know what the sedation would be administered and how he would be intubating my child oral/nasal trumpet. Would have been nice to have known and not had to supersede the physician to get much needed answers.
