9:15 am appt., drove 3 hours to see him, got there and he was not in? “Oh, the office manager was supposed to call you”. No call. No missed call. Time off work and 6 hours of my day wasted. Unhappy camper.

Dr. Kauffman's treatment plan is getting me back into the active life that I love. He takes his time working on the areas of my back that need attention and is tenacious about me understanding what's happening with my muscles that is causing me discomfort. I strongly recommend him.

This is my first doctor who actually takes time to get to know his patients. He has a great bedside manner. As a homosexual man, it is very comfortable to discuss relevant health issues.

I was at Kaiser and very frustrated. I felt like I was treated as a machine that needed an oil change. So, I switched Health providers. Had no idea who to choose. Looked at Yelp and other sites for Dr. Kaufman and decided to go with him. He is AWESOME. He actually met with me and spent time with me. He was funny, kind, really cared. I had to get some blood tests and he called to go over each test result. Explained all this to me. Normally, I get referred to a website. I know this sounds simple and you would think every Doctor should do this. But, he has such a kind, compassionate manner about him. I am so glad I changed and chose Dr. Kaufmann.
