Dr. Jason Richard Keifer, MD

My son and my family worked with Dr. Keifer, I highly recommend him. My son has ADHD and anxiety and struggled through difficult times over the years. However, since seeing Dr. Keifer I have seen many positive changes including improved academics, relationships, and more recently he is even working full time. Everything about Dr. Keifer is professional and compassionate. He understands my son and family and took extra time and effort to find what best works for him. He is now off medication and moving forward in life. I have also had conversations with him and am very comfortable with sharing my feelings and concerns as a father which I believe is very important. Overall, Dr. Keifer is someone I respect not only as a professional but as a person for his practice and what he has done to help my son. I cannot thank him enough. JW.

Dr. Keifer is a kind, patient, compassionate doctor who takes time to actually listen to you. This is rare (from my experience) among health care persons today. His office staff is super helpful; getting an appointment was never an issue. Once there, I never had to wait more than 2 min to see him. I think Dr. Keifer is awesome and would recommend him to anyone who wants to make changes in their lives but need help. If my own children needed psychiatric help, I would not hesitate to take them to Dr. Keifer.

Dr. Keifer heard my story and made sure I clearly understood just how he could help me. I was confused about just how a psychiatrist would help my complex situation as my prior experiences were that they often had little time and focused mostly on making a quick diagnosis and prescribing medication, while another professional had done the psychotherapy. I always felt alone and isolated from my family members, all having there own opinions. Dr. Keifer's evaluation and treatment took all of my needs into account. He made the right diagnosis, prescribed medication, and most importantly also provided the therapy. He included other family members as part of the evaluation and treatment as indicated, in a way that was very specific to my needs and those of my family. With such an approach there was rapid improvement.

Effective use of time, practical and produces results. Highly reccommend Dr. Keifer.
