I can't thank Dr Kennedy enough for his prompt attention and loving, sensitive care for my daughter's emergency extraction due to an abscess. I was very concerned that her condition was potentially life-threatening, She experienced very little bleeding, used little pain medication and is well on the mend. We certainly feel that we were blessed to have him care for our daughter.

Confident, professional, respectful and skilled. I had 26 teeth extracted in one day with implants, teeth in a day. After several hours I went home with both upper and lower appliances attached. Dr. Kennedy has been very responsive and caring with follow up during the entire process of fitting the permanent appliances and for any needs I have had. He has an excellent staff.

Extremely over priced for the level of work. Dr. Kennedy explained a procedure and process that was not delivered.

This office is extremely kind before surgery, but it is impossible to get help from them after surgery is complete. I have had a lot of pain since I have left and it is quite frustrating when the front desk, ma, and dentist all tell you different things to do to take care of your mouth after the surgery is complete. The form they send home with patients also says something different from what each person will tell you. Clearly, one will experience discomfort after extractions, but if you have any questions or concerns after getting your taken out at Southeast Oral Surgery in Maryville, do not expect for anyone to help you. You have to pay for the surgery beforehand, so it's pretty clear to me that once they get your money, they don't care how your surgery goes. Also, surgical room does not look anywhere near as clean and professional as the room they take you in when they "sell" you the surgery.
