The best thing about dentist Kirkland is that he and his staff do not pressure patients to do procedures if you do not want them. he will suggest a procedure once but if you do not want it, he will drop it and not pressure you. the health insurance industry in USA is fundamentally dysfunctional and broken and the only way dentists/doctors can make money is by doing a large number of unnecessary procedures since they get paid by procedure and not for keeping patient healthy; in fact, they lose money if they keep patient healthy. powerful insurance vested interests prevent reform to this dysfunctional system. but Kirkland has enough business that he does not need to engage in these unethical practices. his hygienists are good and clean teeth conscientiously which again is a rarity. it is almost impossible to find an ethical practice and dentist like this; most have given into the corrupt insurance industry practices

I recently changed dentists and wow I am so glad I did. Dr. Kirkland and his staff are top notch, friendly, and always have my needs at heart. I cannot ask for a better office and cannot wait for many more great years of great teeth. The office is modern, clean, and they explained everything to me. One if not the best office I have ever been to.
