Dr. Jason Benzion Klapman, MD

Terrible person. I would not trust this man. He left elderly woman and a teenage girl on his porch during a storm. A horrible person

I found Dr. Klapman short, curt, abrasive and refused to answer questions regarding my treatment. He never even examined me or questioned me regarding my pain. In fact, he yelled at me when I tried to question him regarding a medication my internist suggested might help my pain. Dr. Klapman does not care about the patient, his only interest is in performing the procedure, which in my case, he allowed a “fellow” to do without gaining my permission. When the staff called the following due to see how I was feeling, we told them what all transpired. Within two days Dr. Klapman personally called us to apologize. Really? I truly feel there is something wrong when a physician refuses to talk to a patient. Our first visit lasted less than 5 minutes and we were told I needed to have an endoscopic ultrasound of my pancreas. After that procedure he also did not have times for any discussion of what he saw, my pain, or course of treatment. Thank you.

Knows exactly what to do during procedure. Answers questions before and after, really cares about his patients.

He minimized the condition, seemed annoyed by questions, and had no interest in hearing about the details of the condition or discussing the risks and preparations needed for surgery. Maybe competent, but not caring or helpful.

What a terrible doctor! Horrible bedside manner! Nurses and other hospital staff outwardly complain about him.

Very Professional, good bedside manner, even personable. Unusual in Tampa.
