He was very prompt in arriving to room I was waiting in. He is always very friendly and personable, check on my reasons for coming. Ask how my progress was. Showed me my X-rays which was very rewarding. He ask my concern for todays visit and began a through conversation on possible treatments. He ask me to describe the type pain and frequency. He ask if I’d like to use the cortizone treatment again since it had helped precious three years. His assistant was very kind and warm. Made me feel comfortable Nurse who assisted with Injection process was kind and considered. I plan to continue using this clinic and Dr. Klein.

After surgery he sends his PA for the follow-up appointments rather than seeing his post-op surgery patients himself. You won’t know if the surgery went well until 2-3 years later.
