Very dissatisfied. In 6 months, this office has made a few mistakes costing me money for sending the wrong code to my insurance company therefore my insurance denying coverage and most recently including calling in the wrong prescription and costing me $70 because you can't return medicine even though it wasn't your prescription. I called to let them know they called in the wrong prescription and that I was disappointed, and 2 days later I get a letter stating that they were resigning as my primary care office. Wow! I'm sorry that your office called in the wrong prescription TWICE and you're offended? I've spent $70 and still haven't gotten the prescription I need!

Perhaps I saw him on a bad day, but I found him condescending, contrary, rude, distant, uncaring and uncompassionate. This is the first doctor i've seen that didn't even greet or shake hands and he also put down other doctors. My experience with him is giving me pause to even see another doctor. It was that bad.

Dr.Landry is a very thorough physician. He will actually sit and listen to you and treat accordingly. I have seen several physicians in this area and since I've been seeing Dr.Landry I will NOT see anyone else. He truly cares about his patients and does his best offer the best medical care. His staff is very respectful and the wait time is minimal. I have never had a problem getting an appointment.
