Dr. Lichten is an amazing doctor! I got a breath augmentation & lift & I'm super happy with the results, so much so I am going back for a tummy tuck! Dr. Lichten & all of his staff are so nice & welcoming! I felt very comfortable with Dr. Lichten during the whole process because he's such a great doctor, listens to your needs & wants & has great bed side manner. I definitely recommend him at Central Ohio Plastics!

My experience with Dr. Lichten and his staff was excellent!!! Let me take time to brag about his care and concern for his patients. Before going to my consultation with Dr. Lichten, I went to several other surgeons for consults. When I arrived at Dr. Lichten's office, I was immediately greeted and my wait time was not even five minutes before being taken to a room. For the initial consultation Dr. Lichten and Nurse Jill were present. Both of them of phenomenal! My questions were answered thoroughly and beyond. Not once did I feel nervous or uneasy during the consultation. I was a smoker, not heavy. By the time I left Dr. Lichten's office from his explanation of the mental aspect of why individuals smoke and how to stop I was firm in my commitment to stop. I was able to completely stop within 2 weeks. I ultimately chose Dr. Lichten because I was so at ease with him and his staff, their professionalism is amazing, communication is excellent, he is very personable and because of the… extra time he spent talking to me about smoking. All other doctor's I have ever had even for routine care just say stop smoking, it's unhealthy and the usual speech. I knew then that Dr. Lichten was cared for people as a whole not just a patient. I have had two procedures with him. One a TT, after weight fluctuations left me unhappy how my stomach looked. The other removal of a lipoma in my arm. I am extremely satisfied with my TT results! The hospital he performs procedures at I absolutely loved! Again I was so at ease, not worried or nervous at all going into the procedure. My pain was very minimal. By day 3 I could barely feel any pain, except when laughing. By day 7 I was driving. I did not use any pain medication at all besides Tylenol twice the entire healing process. That was day one and two. I felt so good that going to my follow up appointment I asked if I could exercise yet. Of course not! I received a firm no not happening from Dr. Lichten and Nurse Jill (smiles). I followed my care directions entirely and had no issues with healing at all. My second procedure went great. I did not have any pain with the lipoma being removed from my arm. That also healed great. I am undoubtedly grateful I chose Dr. Lichten!

Dr. Lichten, Jason and his team are very caring and helpful team. I got a breast reduction in 2020. I do feel the difference my back does not hurt anymore. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lichten and his team.

I had blepharoplasty surgery as well as breast reduction surgery this year and I am beyond pleased with both. Dr. Lichten is amazing!!! He takes the time to explain everything to you as well as helps you decide which procedure is right for you. He sincerely cares for his patients and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that wants the best Plastic Surgeon in Ohio.

I received excellent relief of my carpal tunnel of the right hand from the surgery on my right hand. I received significant relief from hand going to sleep. Well pleased by his manner and surgical ability. Would consider him for other surgical work.

Dr. Lichten is a true artist and I wouldn’t trust my injections to anyone else. He and his staff go above and beyond and I am a patient for life.

Doctor Lichten helped me get my happy back. I lost a lot of weight several years ago and had excess saggy skin left over and struggled with my body image. Not only did the surgeries out great, but his overall manner, follow up care, and office staff were awesome. I tend to worry about things and after my first surgery so I freaked out over every little thing. Doctor Lichten told me he'd let me come in his office every day to check things out and keep my mind at ease. His nurse Jill is also incredible and very patient to answer any questions. I'm so thankful that I chose this doctor to help me on my journey to get my body back.

I needed some cosmetic surgery and went to Dr. Lichten. He removed something from my face and it healed up very nicely. I would recommend him to anyone thinking about getting anything done. You can have your first appointment and listen to your options. The choice is always yours and there is zero pressure. He has a great staff that welcomes you from when you first walk in.
