Dr. Jason Lok, MD

As a New patient, I was treated as someone who seeks drugs. NOT once did I ask him for ANY pain meds! I was intimidated, confused by his BAD BEHAVIOR & LACK of a bedside manner & couldn’t think properly. Dr. JASON LOK, RUDELY & CONTINUOUSLY cut Me off when I’d try to explain my issues. JASON LOK was “FAR MORE” concerned about his nxt patient; rather than Me & my care! Which he was sure to remind me of that! I had arrived 55mins early; so I was glad to be seen sooner. However, Dr. JASON LOK constantly displayed a “GOD-LIKE” complex & how JADED some Drs. can be. JASON LOK was extremely DISRESPECTFUL & DIFFICULT to talk to! DR. LOK made me feel INSECURE & STUPID, as if I didn’t matter! Technically, I shld have been the nxt pt bc, I had arrived early. He seems educated enough and maybe he was having a bad day. BUT, that DOES NOT mean that he shld DISREGARD my care for someone else’s!??????. They sent my script for therapy & my meds to the wrong places delaying my care! LOK’s… staff was very professional and pleasant unlike him! I’m going to give him 1 more chance & if DR. LOK continues to be a MAJOR ASS; I’m going back to Syracuse for my care even though it’s more convenient to be seen in Auburn.

Dr Lok has done a number of procedures on me, as indicated by assessments concerning my spinal condition and pain level. He has helped me a great deal.

Have been going to Dr. Loc for several years for nerve blocks for my back. He is the only doctor there who has given me injections that are spot on and have relieved my pain. I won’t use anybody else.

Very pleasant and thorough. Two procedures, he was pleasant, explained everything and was concerned with my care and comfort. No hesitation to see him again.

Dr. Lok is rude, condescending, pushes risky surgery, does not care about the patient. Looks at his feet and not the patient. He will not give patient recommendations (probably has none). Does not do any pain management, only expensive non-trusted surgeries.

Horrible experience. If I do,at some point, need the recommended procedure, it will not be with this physician. Perhaps there was miscommunication with my referring provider but I was less than impressed and did not like the facility as well. Felt like a low end clinic.

Another dr out for the money who could care less about your pain.

This guy does NOT listen. Does NOT care and acts like he is ABOVE the patient. Seems he is only interested in prescribing meds that will add money to his wallet rather than what will help the patient. Stay away from Jason Lok!!!!

Dr Lok is a bully and has been harrassing me for over a year
