he and his staff are great, sometimes wish he would do a followup after tests show nothing but patient is still having a problem or pain which leaves you hanging

Excellent doctor for many years for my whole family

I have had nothing but excellent care from thus physician. The office staff is attentive and proficient. I have not yet had to wait more than one week to get an appointment, most of the time w/i a day.

I've been a patient of Dr. McKenzie for several years now. Never had any problems with him or his staff. Appointments are handled in a timely manner.

I'm very upset after the last few visits with this doctor and I won't be returning. I went over a year ago because I had a persistent cough. He spent two minutes with me and wrote me a prescription for cough medicine without much of a diagnosis or explanation for the cough syrup prescription. I also asked if there were vitamins he recommended I take to help boost my immune system. He was very short and said you're gonna sick it doesn't matter if you take vitamins or not. The worst thing however, is that I went in because I've been having severe pain in my leg. He sent me for a blood test and then had the receptionist call me to say it was normal and if I was still in pain to go the ER. No follow up was done, no suggestion of what could be causing the pain in my leg, and I feel like he just wrote me off like I don't matter because I didn't have a kidney problem. Meanwhile my leg is still in excruciating pain and he made me feel like I'm faking and that there nothing I can do to… alleviate the pain I'm in.

I took my son in due to an infection around his stiches. Dr. McKenzie talked through every step and afterwards have me extra medical supplies to take home. Very professional and impersonal.

Able to get in the same day. Very professional and direct. Explained where I could understand and answered all of my questions. Recommend to anyone

my dad was sick with diabetes, Dr. McKenzie was able to help him right away and made him feel better in the time it would have taken us to go to another doctor. He is amazing at what he does and is always helpful and respectful.

The care has always been good. He pays attention and handles things promptly.
