I had an appointment with Dr. Meier but when I got to the office they had me fill out a long form with an arbitration agreement requiring the patient to give up constitutional rights, “Constitution of Access to Court”. I was told that if I wanted to be seen by the doctor, I had to sign this form stating that “The patient understands and acknowledges that signing this Arbitration Agreement waives this constitutional rights. This makes me wonder if there were previous problems with this doctor. Rather than waiving my constitutional right, I left the office. The receptionist should tell people about this requirement prior to making an appointment. They wasted everyone’s time.

I am a current patient of Dr Meier. He listens to his patients - I mean he really listens. He doesn't talk down to you or patronize you as a patient. Plus, his talent as a physician cannot be understated. I have had nasal-gastric insertions several times in the past and Dr Meier is the only doctor who has performed this procedure on me without causing bleeding or pain. For the first time I actually was not afraid. I highly recommend him.
