Awful bedside manner

Dr. Moshier has been my family’s pediatrician for close to seven years. He is always current on the recommendations of the Academy of Pediatrics for children’s development , illnesses, medications, and aspects of pediatric care. He continues to educate himself so that he can treat his patients with the best medications possible and the most cutting edge technology. We always feel like family when we visit with Dr. Moshier. He truly treats my children like they are his own.

You can tell how passionate Dr. Moshier is about pediatrics from the first time you meet him. Our family started seeing Dr. Moshier about six years ago. He always takes the time to explain things and makes sure we have enough time to ask any questions we have. He is simply an awesome pediatrician who cares about his patients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Dr Moshier is fantastic as a physician. The nurses that take you back and do the initial screening are great too. His front desk RN staff at the Plano location are beyond awful. They forgot to send a referral when my child was in pain, blamed it on insurance for the delay and only admitted it after I checked into it with insurance. Then said they'd work on it tomorrow. I threatened to report them to the insurance company and the nurse said she'll try to work on it today but wasn't sure. I'm not sure why a child in pain isn't a priority, but the doctor should consider dumping the nurses that hang out up front and process paperwork. I'd love to talk to the doctor directly so he understands what's going on, and to share the recorded phone calls I have with the staff. I didn't want to leave a one star review...I think the doctor and nurses that do the screening deserve 5 stars, but the up front customer service needs to be addressed before someone gets hurt and it leads to… malpractice.

Outstanding ADHD assessment. Never rushed us in our appointment. Actually listened to all of our concerns. Was extremely attentive to our questions and very through in answering us and making sure we understood. We can not thank you enough Dr. Moshier

after requesting clarification on medication MD ordered I was never allowed to speak with physician. Instead i was pushed off to a rude RN that was clueless. My initial concern or request was never addressed.
