Dr. Jason Alan Mulawa

I was referred to Dr. Mulawa by my Doctor at Dedicated Senior Medical Center, to further help with my pain. Little did I know that if u fall short at any time on your medication, please don’t go and try and see this guy, cuz first of all if you are low income like me and you ask if you can get the prescription now without coming in and have to pay, you can forget it, first thing they said to me was that “He doesn’t work that way, he has to see you” and I only have Medicare and my co pay is $40 every visit and I had seen him three weeks ago and all I wanted was the script and I was going to have to see him after I get a MRI from a Dr he recommended I go see anyway, I was so upset, I never heard of this before from any Dr that I have ever gotten medication from before… As much as I explained to this guy about the pain I was in, he was stuck on me making an appointment to see Dr Jason Mulawa. Well that’s the last time I will ever call that number and will never go near that building… again. I’m sure senior citizens and anyone else can get treated way better than this anywhere. I learned a valuable lesson today. I am getting referred to another pain specialist asap.

Wholeheartedly, all healthcare professionals were welcoming, displaying their concern for my visit. Dr. Mulawa, moved very swiftly to ensure that I receive the best possible treatment. He listens very well, made excellent recommendations for further health-care treatment. Although, he did most of the talking, after I tried explaining to him about my pain levels, I honestly, feel so blessed to have a physician that explains very well about treatment recommendations and my protocol. He's an amazing, phenomenal physician.

To be honest, it was one of the quickest doctors visits I’ve ever had it was a refreshing change most doctors offices you sit for a half an hour to an hour before you’re even called back to your room, not here? They are very punctual. I showed up on time. The took me back on time. The office was clean neat the doctors and nurses were kind and considerate. It was overall a great experience. Thank you.

Personnel always professional & prompt. Dr. Mulawa top notch h listening skills, great memory for patients’ medical situations, and creates an open inviting environment to inquire and ask questions. Doctor Mulawa is always cognizant of patients’ time.

He seems knowledgeable and action oriented. I like him.
