Dr. Jason Nelsen was born and raised in Wisconsin, where he earned a bachelors degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin. After completing his undergraduate studies he attended dental school at New York Univesity, earning his Doctor of Dental Science in 2001. Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Nelsen was selected for a residency position at St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center.
Dr. Nelsen moved to Charlotte in the summer of 2004 and has been in private practice since. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. In addition to his experience and training, Dr. Nelsen was named one of America's Top Dentists in 2009.
Both a husband and a father, Dr. Nelsen strongly believes in providing the finest quality care to our patients. His goals are to educate, motivate and provide exceptional dental care.
