Dr. Peragine is one of the top pain management doctors in the Denver metro area. He takes time with his patients so that they fully understand his treatment plan. Because of his conservative approach to pain issues, he never jumps straight into injections or medications. His Interwest practice is very strict with medications so if you're looking for easy prescriptions, this isn't the place for you. If you want a caring doctor who listens to his patients and is one of the top in his profession in town, Dr. Peragine is great.

STAY AWAY! Severe God complex, doesnt listen at all. I've was seeing another dr but had to find someone else due to a scheduling conflict. I expIained that i was told i needed shots but my prior drs shot schedule conflicted with my work schedule. I try to be as diligent as possible with my problem (sciatic nerve and damaged left side from a fall down concrete stairway) and brought as much as i could with me to my initial appt including my prior med bottles. He got upset and snapped at me saying by bringing the bottles i've put him in a corner. He then said he didnt "know who i was" because he couldnt find me in the nat'l rx database. He said my PC could do my refills but he would not even though i have a documented issue. He then called my PC and told her he didnt recommend any meds. All this after 10m with me. I've been under a drs care for years and this is the first time i was treated so bad.
