I've never seen a doctor with less knowledge and less caring than this one. He doesn't listen and his records are a mess. He makes poor decisions and has done me harm more than once because he neglected my care and did not communicate for long periods of time when my Medical needs were urgent. I just can't believe the positive reviews. I don't believe they are authentic. This doctor doesn't know and doesn't care

Dr. Pirga is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. His knowledge, patience, thought and care is unprecedented. I am a very active person since not only to do I operate an adventure tour company, when I am not taking people on extreme adventures in Hawaii; I am doing them for fun as well. Extreme hikes, skydiving, surfing, kayaking, cliff-jumping and things like that take it's toll on one's body (especially when you reach 55, like I am) and Dr. Pirga has been able to help me navigate around and through to a healthier and pain-free everyday life... even after an injury or three ;) Moving to Hawaii after living in Southern California my entire life left little to be concerned about, after all; this is paradise indeed. However, medical care was a concern and Dr. Pirga quickly put that concern to rest. Dr. Pirga is surrounded by a very courteous, efficient, caring and capable staff. If there was a way to review my entire experience higher than 5-Stars with Straub Medical, Dr. Pirga and… his amazing staff; I most certainly would!
