Dr. Popper and the staff at Popper Dental are top notch. Very caring and professional from the first phone call, consult and surgery. The Dr. even called to check in on me. So glad I found them. 5 stars!!!

Had a repair in upper arch. Was shorty lab work. Requested models have two sets. After 2 months of games from Melville office manager. Sent older set made a copy of old and current models then claims doesn’t have 2 Nd set. How odd. Made a copy and now it’s missing. Sign a binding release and then try to screw you again. Stay clear of the Melville office. For sure. They are good people but need to force new office to release models and avoid lawsuit. Who do you blame here ? You choose if you want to be treated this way if things do go your way . Nice people always kind but old client ifrom Melville office don’t seem to matter all I want is my stuff agreed upon nothing more and office manager is playing games. Well a judge will decide if she wrong or not. Just hope she’s found at fault and not able to do this to any other people . Very cruel . At a time when funds are almost impossible to come by do yo job loss. Not the way to treat people. I wish only the… best for Jason and Marlisa. Very nice people. But the office manager is a very cruel and evil person. Perhaps life has a challenging future for u as well and you can experience what it like to fell helpless gor no reason. !! I be back with lawyer to get satisfaction hope you realize that people are struggling in life and you get your jollies being a mean person . Find religion your not a nice person!!!

Had a upper arch repaired. Installed. Was a terrible repair done at lab. But installed anyway charged 175 dollars. Nevertheless check w fit. Well broke shortly after. The lab work is awful Then since sold the practice. No one ttakescare of issues. Waiting 2 months run around with the office manager Sharon play stupid when you ask for the models and your dental record she send you receipts of the pertains to nothing back-and-forth back-and-forth and sign a release to get them off the hook I have two sets of models that are required then they have to make copies then they only sent me one copy stay clear of this practice will it be Dr. Jason any longer no longer there but just doing business with the same office where they were the new practice these people are in plain English this front step complete scumbags I repeat complete scumbags don’t get involved with this practice not so much Jason Popper it’s the it’s the front and manager in the way to take care of things you… will be very sorry when things don’t work out they will fscrew you anyway they can.
