Borer, DDS has been providing superior dental care for his patients since 2006.  He is currently certified to provide sedation dentistry for those patients who experience anxiety around their dental visits as caring for his patients overall well being remains his top priority. Jason Raynor, DMD has been practicing for 2 years at Maple Brook Dental and we are thrilled to have him on our team! Our staff includes three excellent and caring hygienists, Karen, Suzanne, and our newest addition, Tria as well Dr. Chad's fantastic dental assistants, Brianna and Erin.  Rounding out our office is Heather, our friendly & caring patient services representative and Lisa, the manager of our great office.
