Dr. Jason Edward Rieser, MD

Today I called to get an appointment for my son who has been a patient of dr. Jason Reiser since his birth. I was told my son no longer has Dr. Reiser as his family doctor because my son had not been to see him in 3years and one day. The lady notified me of the rule of their office and that since we had transferred with Dr. Reiser when he changed offices this was probably why I did not know. I could not be notified that this was going to happen in advance. I will always think of this doctor respectfully but this is office has had a history of being rude and continually giving me problems in just seeing him. Tonight I have a sick young man ....no family doctor to take him to...and a lot of hurt feelings as I always have relied on Dr. Reiser to help me when my son needed extra help.

This one of a great class doctor of family medicine. He brings comfort and confidence every time I see him. He is a great listener and down to the point with tremendous concern. I would highly recommend him with my unlimited trust.

Best Doctor in the world!

Dr. Rieser is fantastic and has always been exceptional but his staff of nurses are some of the nastiest rudest people I have ever encountered! Our last visit was indeed the last one for us and the level of bitterness and hatefulness from his nurses add zero comfort that we are getting the best treatment and all faith in trust is lost! I can say with complete honesty that his nurse (who by the way covered her name badge and refused to give me her name) was the rudest lady I have ever encountered. We were clearly a bother to her for coming in for a routine shot! She managed to take her nasty comments to a new level when she smarted off to my 16 year old daughter (who by the way never said one word but instead sat in complete shock at how we were being treated). When asked to speak to the doctor she stormed out, peaked her head back in the door and said "I hope you both have a much better day" as sarcastically as she could! We sat in the office waiting for the doctor as I requested… and heard her standing in the hall complaining about us and told another nurse "you go give the kid the shot". Shortly another nurse came in I asked if the doctor was in and she said "I don't know if he is or not I was told to come in and give your daughter her shot" Absolutely shocked we got our shot and decided that was the last straw! When leaving the office the office manager happened to be in the hallway. She was very kind and listened and did make an apology for the nurse. However we still left NOT seeing the doctor or getting the nurses name! Very disappointing and unacceptable from a doctors office that we are expected to trust with our health! If this was the first time that the nursing staff had been rude or treated us like second class citizens then it could be chalked up to a bad day however is this an ongoing issue with this office and each experience seems to get worse! Unless Dr Rieser finds a new home of practice (because he is good) I would highly discourage anyone from going to this office and being treated the way his staff thinks is appropriate. It defiantly cases you to loose a little faith in the healthcare world and zero trust was gained.
