I think Dr.Roth did a wonderful job, while I was at the hospital. He really listened well, and was able to decipher the best plan of action for me to endure and recover from my broken vertebrae. Unfortunately he didn’t sign one of the two prescriptions… I didn’t evaluate (and likely wouldn’t have noticed the error either) the paperwork and just handed it off to Walgreens. Well, unfortunately one of the two prescriptions wasn’t signed. I live in denver, I was injured in golden/Lakewood - so much so I had to leave my vehicle there and will recover it in about a week or so. But they can’t fix this error. I’m stuck without any medicine until I can arrange an appointment with my PCP (tried, it’s always a drawn out process…) and so I see already I will be suffering with a broken back and no medicine to help me move, sleep, or do anything. I called the pharmacy, the hospital, everyone - and the hospital insists I come back out to get reevaluated (why? Logic doesn’t seem to apply here)… despite them having all the paperwork and the records of these prescriptions being written. So I have to gamble with my health and DEFINITELY SUFFER - beg a friend to give me a ride to the hospital (or pay for a round trip Uber) and hope they decide to help. As you can imagine, I’m skeptical they will help, as it seems they’ve tried very hard to not be helpful here. This is all completely contrary to the treatment I received that was “bedside manner…”. I don’t know why it’s ok to just mistreat me l, once I’m out the door. I’m sure they will still charge insurance the total amount possible - and that they won’t reduce their invoice as a result of not completing the work they said they’d do… isn’t that just plain old breach of contract? I just always get treated so poorly by these places. I have terrible social anxiety, and I avoid going to the hospital simply because it means being judged by so many people. Now I’m injured, I endured the anxiety and pain yesterday- and obtained a plan for help. But now they aren’t helping to accomplish what they suggested. I was told to take it easy today - in fact he said today would be the most painful. What do they ask me to do today? Get a ride to and from the hospital again - I imagine it’s so they can protect their lawyer’s preferences… So it has nothing to do with providing health care or actually wanting to help clients. This again is how it went as soon as I was out of the hospital. I also tried to call St.Anthony’s last night - but nobody was there to answer the phone - so I couldn’t convey the issue to the doctor. Now, of course, the doctor is on a 2 WEEK VACATION - and doesn’t have an answering service(? Sounds like a fib to me). So I essentially wasted my time yesterday getting this stuff all arranged - they undoubtedly charged insurance the MAXIMUM they could - then they didn’t even fulfill their own obligations, ones they themselves approved.

He was great at listening to my complaints, of which I had many. He took really good care of me and I think he was excellent at doctoring.
