Didn’t submit the referral for further testing. I have been in horrible pain for months, saw Dr. Rovak 6 weeks ago. Now I’ve been calling basically daily between the neurologist and Hand Specialist Associates and can’t get an answer from either. Would not recommend.

Everyone in the office were very very nice. I arrived on time and only waited a couple minutes to go in and see Dr. Rovak. Dr. Rovak was very thorough and explaining the surgical procedure in detail. Couldn’t have been a better visit for a first time appointment.

tuve muy mala experiencia con este edoctor en las dos citas que tuve le puso muy poca atención a mi caso apezar que me vio llorando por el gran dolor que llevaba en mi dedo no estuvo ni 5 minutos conmigo ni me reviso bien mu dedo solo me mando hacer unas radiografias y espere mucho tiempo para que me llamaran para que me diera la informacione delos resultados de las radiografias en esa cita me dijo el problema que tenia en mi dedo diciendo que me llamarian para programar la cita de la cirugia ya va otro mes imedio y y no me an llamado más de tres meses que tuve la primer cita con el y no a echo nada solo las radiografia nome reseto ni un medicamento para este horrible dolor mi abogado no tiene por que pagar esto si no están haciendo nada ??

The great. The staff was amazing from beging to end. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The ladies at front desk were super sweet, then the nurse took me back for x-rays and apologized for the almost zero wait time. Dr Rovak came in and talked to me about all my options and recommendations and answered all my questions. He was even very open to me bringing in information about a different surgery that was recommended so that we compare the 2 to decide which would be better for me in the long run. Gave me an injection in hand and a brace and in four weeks I will go back and we will compare the 2 and decide. On the way out met a few more staff members. Sat and talked with Jayla up front while I waited for my son to come pick me up. It was like a social visit with health benefits as a bonus. Very comfortable here. Definitely recommend 5 stars plus...

Great doctor! Very forthcoming and gives it to you straight. He really cares about his patients. I would most definitely recommend him!

Dr. Rovak is the best! Can’t say enough good things about him!

I was referred to Dr. Rovak by my rheumatologist due to an ongoing problem with my right thumb. Dr. Rovak and the staff at OCC were great! I was very nervous about seeing a hand surgeon but Dr. Rovak went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything in great detail. He was honest in telling me all that may be involved in having surgery on my thumb and what recovery will involve. I would definitely recommend him.
