Dr. Jason Andrew Seiden, MD

I phoned to schedule an appt and was told I needed to send over a referral, (even though I'm on a PPO) which I did. I was told the office would BE IN TOUCH to schedule an appointment. One week later I phoned to ask why I hadn't heard back. I was told by a young lady named Primma? that she had school on Mondays & Wednesdays and didn't have time to call everyone back and that she would have eventually called. Uhm, what?? Her supervisor, Rebecca, needs to correct this behavior, or, continue to lose potential patients. I will never recommend this office to anyone. It's hard enough to seek medical care in the 21st century, add an incompetent front office and we may as well seek care in Canada.

Dr. Seiden is the most caring and compassionate doctor around. He takes his time with his patients and treats them as if they are one of his family members. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients receive the appropriate treatments.
