Dr. Jason Ray Skinner, MD

Dr. Skinner saw my grandmother after she fell out of a chair on her back. He did a head and neck CT, reported all was fine and then I asked what about her back. He said that SHE never told him her back hurt, and I know that was all she could tell anyone that night. Blaming a 92 year old woman is extremely unprofessional. She just fell and was in so much pain. Anybody, even without a medical degree, knows that an elderly person who falls needs a thorough check and not just what will get her out of there and gone. A week later, we are back at the hospital, Baptist this time because I’ll never go back to CRMC ER, and her back is indeed broken! What a shame that just a little more effort on his part could have caught this sooner.

I thought my heart was about to explode, Extremely bad pain. Dr. Skinner could have addressed my pain with medication faster. I know that there are a lot of drug seeking patients out there, but what is it going to hurt attacking ones pain fast? Every minute seemed like forever and I didn't think I could take it any longer. So, Dr. Skinner if you ever read this keep on being nice to your patients and showing them how much you care. GREAT JOB! You have a hard one at that. But, please help a hurting patient with the pain FASTER, cause really that is all a patient cares about at that moment. Suffering is not for this day and age. ;)
