Very good and very nice doctor. Always takes the time to make sure everything is taken care of. Very nice and caring staff.

Worst doctors office ever. I went to get a TB shot for school and this girl that works at the new location in broad view heights opens the door with her gloves on holding an open needle in the waiting room? Are you slow? I'm in the health field myself and you don't do that commen sense. Office is filled with a bunch of girls that have no clue what they are doing. I also went to the office in Parma to get blood drawn and the nurse walks in chewing food and goes I haven't done this in a while but I'll try.....where did you go to nursing school seriously HATE this place

I am impressed not only by Dr. Jason Sustersic's knowledge in answering my questions, but also his patience in taking time to explain matters. Itâ??s good to know that someone like Dr. Sustersic cares so much about his patients. Finally, his friendliness and approachability make office visits easy.

I've been going to Dr. Vincent Sustercic for at least 25 years and I think he's awesome. Once, my daughter became ill and Dr. Vince was not available, so I reluctantly accepted an appointment with Dr. Jason for her illness. I still prefer Dr. Vince for myself (because change for me is always hard! Besides, he's awesome!), but my daughter loves Dr. Jason because he answers her questions and takes his time explaining things to her on her level so she understands what's going on. And he's been nothing but professional and has taken care of some of her issues. The nursing staff is awesome, too. Some of the girls behind the counter (not all of them, but a few of them), can be very nasty and short. I don't think the doctors realize it, unless it's brought up to them. And I have in the past.

This is a pretty decent doctor but he can get to a point where he doesnt care and wants to rush you out of his office because he overbooks people. the staff behind the counter needs to be fired and sent to jail. they are the meanest people i ever met in my life!! one time i kept calling them for refills on all my meds and they said they would do it and they never did, each day i called and they said they would be ready and this went on for almost 2 weeks before i got my meds! everyday they would say it would be ready in a hour and it wasnt. they would ignore me until they closed on a weekend and never call my meds in. i would go to the office and they would give me the wrong prescriptions. i nearly died because of waiting to long without my medicine! the secretaries dont care at all about anyone, i almost think they do want you to just die. i was charged multiple times when i had insurance and billed and i ended up paying hundreds in cash when i wasnt suppose to. i think the nurses… are pocketing cash. i found another dr and these crooks still try to bill me saying im going to them when i havent! i heard on the news about offices pulling those scams. youll have to make a actual appointment just to get your meds or else youll never get your refills. the phone line is always busy and the secretaries wont help you ever. this place left me with such a awfull impression that now i think everytime i go to a dr or hospital i feel worried and scared that they are going to deliberately be mean to me the way those people were. no matter how nice you try to be they will be mean to you no matter what like they have a vendetta against you or something

I saw Dr. Sustersic last summer and it was the biggest mistake I ever made. He gave me an antibiotic that I should never have been given due to my health history (cipro). I have been in near constant pain ever since as it attacks your connective tissue and tendons. I could not drive for 5 months and can now only walk short distances in pain. It has been almost a year and it is a miracle that I have not gone on disability. I just hope I can walk normally again at some point in the future. When I told him about the reaction he just blew me off and called it a "sensitivity." He doesn't know the danger of the drugs he prescribes because cipro can do damage long after it is taken. He told me "It should be out of your system by now" (2 weeks). He does not know the meaning of "First do no harm." Sadly most other doctors are no better but I would not go back to him under any circumstances.

I have been seeing this doctor for a few years now, and the office is very outdated appearing, his staff looks unkempt and can be rude and short with you. Recently I was in for an injury and was treated with antibiotic, an external medicated ointment and very little instruction on how to care for my wound. When I contacted the doctor back 3 weeks later with new symptoms, and concern of infection, I was told by his staff that "I was told once already by the doctor that this would take 6 weeks to heal, I needed not to worry and if I wanted to I could see the doctor in 3 weeks for follow up, not sooner." They were rude, short, and not hearing my concerns. I went to another doctor regarding my concerns and came to find my injury was infected, and I needed all new course of action, that could have become very serious in 3 weeks time if I had listened and waited. If you want attentive, knowledgeable, thorough care from patient sensitive, professional doctors and staff - look further!

the staff they act as if their the doctors they lack compassion,adolf hitler had better people skills.the other doctors stick their noses into my privacy,violating doctor/patient confidentiality.if you like headaches and being treated like a criminal go and see these guys
