I would give zero stars if I could. I had an incredibly negative experience with Dr JASON. . At first, he seemed normal, but things quickly went downhill. He questioned whether my father smoked, and when I said no, he insisted I ask again, claiming that 50% of Chinese people smoke. It was an inappropriate generalization. During the consultation, his phone rang, and he answered it, casually discussing his Sunday plans without acknowledging or excusing himself. This lack of professionalism was alarming. When I mentioned that I had requested my father's previous medical records from the nurse prior to the appointment, the doctor refused to ask the nurse to obtain them from the previous office. I explained that obtaining those records would be costly, but he rudely raised his voice and told me to "just pay for it." Eventually, he handed me my father's paperwork and sternly advised me not to make any future appointments without having all the medical records. I noticed he had a device… resembling a recorder in his hand, which was shocking. I can't believe someone with such behavior and lack of professionalism could be a doctor. To make matters worse, he even mentioned that he could be even more rude. This level of unprofessionalism is truly unbelievable.

Always perfect...Dr and staff amazing!

This dr is so unprofesional and miserable. We waited for him long enough in the room only to be greeted w/ this so called Dr Tache walked in w/ nasty attitude. He was holding a medical form or something and said,"I DONT KNOW WHAT'S THE REASON WHY IM SEEING U? U DIDN'T FILL THIS OUT!! And when my husband and I asked what's missing and what to filled out, his attitude got worse and raised his voice. He probably woke up in the wrong side of his bed. Whatever the case it might he shouldn't bring it into a work place especially when ur supposed to be doctor. Don't waste ur time making an appointment for this Dr. Nasty Miserable (Yeah that should be his name) I think he's in a wrong profession. We end up seeing Dr Jose Meló and was very courteous and the rest of the staff.

Booked an easy quick appointment here. Later called me back once they received the insurance info- Medicare- then said doctor was busy for 6 months with some Cokamany excuse. Too Greedy of a doctor. These actions should be against the law doctor & reported.

Plan on spending your entire day there because the doctor doesn’t care what time your appointment is. And when you try to make an appointment for a time that might be less busy, the staff tell you that he’s always busy and runs behind. Unacceptable.

My co-pays for a family member of mine having to have chemo therapy would go up to where I cannot afford the payments anymore I told them I would give whatever I can but the office staff told me to go to another doctor after seeing Taché for About 2yrs my opinion they care more about money than helping patients be cancer I am afraid now if I cannot make a payment they will tell me to go home very sad how a physicians office would do that to a person

My complaint is not with the DR. but with the office staff who schedule. My wife was given an appt card for 6/8 at 8:30am. Upon arrival she is told her appt is for a week later. Staff proceeds to tell her that if she waits till 10am they will get her in. Doesn't anyone care that she has a business to run and cannot just hang around for another 11/2 hours. This is inexcuseable and reckless. Since when is your time more valuable than my time. She will reschedule and I expect the copay to be waived.

Love the doctor. The office needs to be better managed.
