The receptionist are not courteous when answering the phone. They give you the run around and were never helpful.

Dr. Tokunaga has a great bedside manner. It's easy to talk to him and he takes the time to listen and explain. I wish his staff were better though, no offense. Many of them lack the social graces and maturity to make you feel welcomed, comfortable and confident in their abilities. But Dr. Tokunaga makes up for where his staff lacks.

Dr Tokunaga is an excellent and caring doctor. I was very frustrated with my vision and the lack of care I had been receiving. Dr Tokunaga took the time needed to figure out the problem and helped me to be able to clearly see again.
