Dr. Jason Wang, MD, FAAO

I recommend Dr. Wang unequivocally! He performed my cataract surgery and it went very smoothly. He went over options in detail and I agreed with his recommendations. He knows exactly what he's talking about and can move quickly through options, but is happy to answer questions. I wore glasses starting at age 8 and my vision for a few years prior to surgery was about 20/400, corrected with glasses to 20/20. At this point, I still just need low power reading glasses. Will never forget waking up one morning to hear a plane. It was high, but I saw it clearly. No more groping for glasses!

Never saw Dr. Wang until my turn which was number 19 for the day. Was told if had questions could come come back when he had more time. I made the mistake and stayed and became number 21. SHOULD HAVE LEFT. Not happy with results or follow up care.

Dr. Wang performed my cataract surgery. I had Lasix surgery done approximately 14 previously. After my surgery I remarked I couldn't see is well. He said casually "you'll have to use prescriptive's contacts or glasses." Needless to say I was quite surprised. When I voice my discontent I never saw him again. I was passed off to a resident doctor. The only way I knew it was a resident was because I overheard her in the hallway introducing herself to a staff member. Days later when my eyes became inflamed, he resident told me it was probably due to my cold and to take a Sudafed. I went to get a second opinion and discovered my eyes are seriously inflamed! I have now been dealing with this information for over six months! Seeing a immunology specialist. Extremely dissatisfied with the way Dr Wang handle this situation. Avoid it all costs!!

I do not recommend this doctor. Did not disclose possible complications from surgery, and falsely stated that the complications experienced were rare. Works in a clinic that is a surgery mill, rushing patients into procedures that may be unnecessary.

My vision is better now without glasses than it has ever been my entire life.World class doctor!

Developed complications after the cataract procedure Dr. Wang performed, and he offered me no solutions to the problems, which have been very troublesome. I regret seeking his help.
