Jason Rickard is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 20 years of experience, both in an outpatient setting and school setting. He is especially dedicated to helping people process their life stories and focus on becoming more positive about themselves and their futures. Jason specializes in depression, anxiety, and trauma. Jason completed his Master of Arts in Mental Health Counselor and Rank 1 in School Counseling at Western Kentucky University. His education and experience provide him with the knowledge and guidance to help his clients move toward a more fulfilled life. Jason utilizes multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness.
