Dr. Jason Andrew Weaver, MD

Did surgery on C5 and T1- I came out of surgery with paralyzed vocal cords. This caused me to have major difficulty with simply breathing. Thank you Jesus, the strength in my cords came back after 6wks or so. Still not fully right though. ENT Doc stated this should not have happen, another Neurologist stated "heard of it happening, but never happened to me". After my surgery I found out from a lady at work husband her husband had spine surgery completed by Dr. Weaver. His vocal cords were damaged too and he did have to have two more surgeries to correct-- Beware!

Went to get a second opinion on my MRI of my neck and I must say He has the worse bed side manors I have ever seen in a medical Dr . You would think as a "neurologist" Dr if a patient tells you that they have alot of pain in neck while turning my head and numbness in hand and had the numbness for months after a severe car accident . Wouldnt the Dr be concerned and check more in to it? Obviously not ! So Dr weaver pulls me in to another room so we can look at my MRI films he says you you have a hernaded disc in you neck the .He also said "quote" you have a great spinal column God gave you very thick spinal column theres no need for surgery and your nerves seem look good too ... Needless to say I have gotten worse I can't pick up anything cause I instantly drop things because my last 2 fingers are numb and Now my tips of my middle index and thumb . He just didn't seem to care very non chalaunt person. I feel like he just wanted my money .. If he would have taken the… time to fully exam me and actually cared about his patients I wouldn't be in this position I am in now. So I had to get another MRI done but this time I'm just Thankful I finally found an amazing Dr who would help me resolve the root of my problem and get to the bottom of not only my pain in my neck but also the numbness as well. and the Dr is certainly NOT Jason Weaver he's rude I Do not recommend anybody to go see this man oh and one last thing I'll possibly will need surgery to fix my neck so thanks Dr weaver for your you input an concerns ..NOT!!

Dr Weaver is the most uncaring person I've ever had the privilege to meet. There isn't enough space on here to tell about 2 years, 3 back surgeries and I'm not a bit better. Please folks stay away from this Dr!

The surgery went well but.......... This Dr does not have much of a bedside manner. Questions are answered but no supplementary information is volunteered by Dr Weaver-so unless you ask the right questions you are left with a pamphlet and the internet!

I fell and the result was 2 burst fractures at t12-l1. In addition, I sustained other fractures in the Thora and Lumbar spine. I am fused from t10-l3. I am still in pain and that is to be expected because of my injury. It has gotten better but I hit a wall 2 months ago and can not get past it at this point.Thank god I am not paralyzed!
