Jason White, DDS
Jason Paul White was born March 18, 1979 in Omaha, Nebraska while his father Dr. Stephen White was finishing up his senior year of dental school. Jason grew up in Artesia, NM and is the older brother to twin sisters, who are both currently dental hygienists. His parents still reside in Artesia, and Jason is a proud new uncle of Nykol Duncan.
Growing up in Artesia, Jason was actively involved in sports, student leadership, and friends. After graduating in 1997, he decided to attend Texas Tech University. While at Texas Tech, he was a member and leader of Beta Theta Pi fraternity, President of the Pre-Dental Club, and member of many other student organizations. He completed his studies in 2002 with a degree in Biology.
Jason attended Baylor College of Dentistry from 2002 to 2006. He was freshman class President, American Student Dental Association Trustee. ASDA representative to the ADA committee on new dentists and actively involved in school activities. He graduated …in May of 2006.
Dr. Jason White came to Lubbock to take over Dr. Paul Johnson's dental practice following his death. Dr. Johnson was a dear friend, mentor, and colleague of Dr. White. He bought the practice and has continued to maintain a high quality dental practice for the community of Lubbock.
Dr. White recently completed a 9 month, 300 hour continuing education course in Atlanta, Georgia at the Medical College of Georgia. This course was the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Maxi Course to obtain credentials in dental implants. He is currently completing the requirements necessary to become a fellow of the academy.
Jason is a member of the Red Raider Club, Texas Tech Alumni Association, and Chapter Advisor for the Texas Tech chapter of Beta Theta Pi, and member of the South Plains Dental Society. He enjoys hunting, fly-fishing, traveling, friends, family, and philanthropy.
Dr. White's personal mission in life is to "be a good Christian, serve the community, lead by example, while living life to its fullest".
