I met Dr. Wong when he was called in to consult on my problem. He took his time to explain the tests and procedures that needed to be done. He was kind, thorough, and communicative. When the tests came back, he explained thoroughly what procedure would be needed, the post-op period, and when I would be discharged. He explained everything in detail, looking directly at me the whole time and asking if I had any further questions. The surgery went incredibly well and I was able to go home in 3 days. During my post-op visits with Dr. Wong, he continued to show compassion and caring for any discomfort I might have. I highly recommend Dr. Wong for surgery procedures.

We selected Dr. Jason T. Wong to surgically remove cancer in my colon after consulting & reviewing potential surgeons. We developed confidence that he would make the best decisions during surgery based on his skills & his very clear descriptions of the surgery required. During the robotic surgery (Oct. 2022) additional colon needed removal & he made that decision saving me a future necessary surgery. My cancer is completely gone. He is a highly skilled surgeon with good judgement that listens carefully to his patients providing explanations that are easily understood. Dr Wong & his PA checked on me often in the hospital during my recovery. Thank you to Dr. Wong and his staff for the caring and kindness getting me through this difficult scary time.

Excellent surgeon and a very caring individual. Last year I got diagnosed with a large hernia. I was morbidly obese . No surgeon was willing to take the risk of operating on me . Dr Wong encouraged me to lose weight and get fit. It took me a year to lose weight and he was supportive through all the trials and tribulations . He performed a robotic surgery which took him 6 hours but gave me a better chance to heal . I Cannot thank him enough.

He was good but not punctual at all. 40-45 minutes wait time in side his room was not acceptable

Dr. Wong was my surgeon to remove a cancerous tumor. He explained every bit of the surgery, how I would feel afterwards, exactly what the surgery entailed. He came to see me everyday, took his time answering any question, until we understood. He is kind, concerned and a fantastic surgeon. I would recommend him in a second! Dr. Wong also performed life saving emergency surgery on me in the early morning hours. Through a CT scan, they found that my intestine had flipped and had become twisted. As my family and I were shocked by the diagnosis, Dr. Wong was calm, supportive and answered all of our concerns. Most importantly, not only did he successfully perform the surgery to fix it but removed part of the intestine, in hopes that it will not happen again. I am truly grateful and lucky to have had Dr. Wong that morning. Even more, the incisions were what I had hoped for - barely noticeable. He has great follow up care and is very compassionate. Dr. Wong saved my life by performing emergency surgery at 5;00AM. My large intestin was twisted. He removed part of the intestin and part of the colon and glued me back together. I've had a fast and painless recovery thanks to his wonderful knowledge. If you ever have intestinal problems, be sure you see Dr. Wong. To me he is a miracle worker.
