Jason Yu, DMD, MD, FACS

Jason W. Yu, DMD, MD, FACS, is one of a very small number of surgeons nationally dual board-certified in both Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is currently the only surgeon in Central Florida with this dual certification. Combined with advanced fellowship training in microsurgery and cleft and craniofacial surgery, this dual certification reflects 18 years of dental, medical, and surgical training. His clinical expertise spans complex pediatric craniomaxillofacial surgery including cleft lip and palate repair and craniosynostosis (premature fusion of the skull) surgery. He is equally passionate about advanced microsurgical facial reconstruction, including facial reanimation and free-tissue transfer for facial reanimation and free-tissue transfer for oncologic and post-traumatic reconstruction, and corrective jaw (orthognathic) and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgery.
