Dr. Jatin A Bidani, MD

This review is based entirely on the front office staff and not Dr. Bidani himself, since I never got to actually see him. My primary care physician recommended Dr. Bidani for a medical screening. I scheduled an appointment with the office staff and was given an appointment that was at least three weeks out from the time that I called. Not a big deal since this was only for a screening. I had proceeded to fill out all of the new patient paperwork ahead of the visit in the hopes of being able to speed up the appointment time itself. I arrived at 10:15am for a 10:30am appointment. After about 35 minutes and after seeing patients taken out back that arrived after me, I proceeded to tell the receptionist that I would have to reschedule since I had already been waiting over 30 minutes. The receptionist looked at me with a confused look and asked "you've been waiting for 30 minutes?" I responded in a disappointing tone and then asked "is that normal since you're giving me a… look?" What was even more frustrating was a conversation that took place between one of the nurses and this same receptionist that I had dealt with. The conversation could be heard by everyone in the waiting room. The nurse had advised that there was a patient who was just in the other day and she needed to get ahold of him/her to get a procedure scheduled and that the patient had no phone number listed and there was no new patient paperwork in the file. The receptionist responded with "I'm sorry, I'll do better next time." This was the tipping point for me that this medical office is not one that I want to be affiliated with now or ever.

Not a good not doctor not sure of himself.

I Love Dr. Bidani I had a procedure last week and he made me feel so comfortable . He has a awesome Bedside manor. He is so nice and truly caring . I would go back and would highly recommend him to all my friends and family!

For the first visit to Dr Bidani's office, He and his wonderful staff treated us like family! Outstanding bedside manner !

the wait is most certainly worth it!

I met Dr. Bidani in the Hospital where he took good care of me. I have been following up with him since as my tummy is complicated!
