I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for sometime now and find him to be an excellent physician. He has helped with so many health issues. His staff is very courteous and professional. I am so happy that I found this practice.

Treated my muscle and joint pain. Feeling great after two days. 8 weeks later I have no muscle or joint pain.

I have had problems for years and was diagnosed with trachea-bronchia Malesia and reflux..at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. Dr. Patel sent me for a biopsy for Sjorgens and found Sjorgens!. After going to a dermatologist and being told I was allergic to plaquenil. Dr. Patel took one look and said I had shingles! The dermatologist, Dr. Fisher, doubted that diagnosis and asked to do a biopsy. He did and I did have shingles!!!

Asked for med refill on Wed. No reply. On Thurs, no reply. Friday went to office to ask again. They said they would refill today. They did not. They knew I was going on vacation, but did nothing to make sure I had the medication I needed. they are the worst of any doctor I have ever had in 74 years of life.

I came to see Dr. Patel about a year and a half ago and at that time I could barely get out of bed due to pain from arthritis. I am now able to return to normal activities and even get back on a motorcycle. He is very caring and knowledgeable. His staff is also top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his practice.

I was referred by their office to a lab for blood work that is out of my network. Now I am stuck with an over $2000 bill and Helen, the office manager is of no help won't even return my calls. Total ripoff.

I called at 9am and they were able to work my wife in at 12:30 same day. I am an MD, but I know no rheumatologists in this community so I went online and chose Dr. Patel due to geographic convenience and bc the others all had scathing reviews about waiting times , poor staff interactions and bad bedside manners. We arrived at 1231 with paperwork prefilled out. We were seen at 12:45, but probably this was bc they expected us to fill out paperwork there. I/we interacted with a receptionist, medical assistant and the doctor. All 3 were courteous, pleasant, and competent. Dr. Patel was opinionated, but not negatively dogmatic and was attentive in listening to my wife's chief medical complaints. He outined a treatment plan. I have no criticsms and I was watching his every move. I will recommend him to others in the future.
