Dr. Javelle Alyssa Wynter, MD

I heard great things about Dr. Wynter and scheduled a procedure with her. I had a question about the process and her office refused to send her a message or allow me to speak with her. I was told that Dr. Wynter would never call me and would not speak to me about my concerns. After waiting SIX months for the procedure, I cancelled it and am now in search of Dr who speaks to her patients -- or who has an office staff that will facilitate communication.

I was there for Dr. Javelle Wynter as a 1st time patient today. They rescheduled my appointment that I had already waited over a month for to a very inconvenient time, since I work, but I changed my schedule to make THEIR rescheduled appointment. I was not even 3 minutes late when I walked through the door, only to wait 15 minutes in line to check in, then wait another 7 minutes I believe in the waiting room, for them to come out and tell me to basically go home for making the Dr. Wait. Unbelievable!! I was 2 minutes late & wd love to know how I should have bypassed all the people waiting in line for their appointments?? The nurse assistant even came into the waiting room 3-4 times but never called anyone's name, I only knew it was her because they are the ones that told me they would no longer see me. The receptionist who was very nice, agreed I was there on time and the doctor then lied to administration that I was there 20 minutes late. It's sad so many doctors simply do not care… anymore. Meanwhile I have serious stomach issues, sick all the time and now have to search for a new doctor and wait God knows how long, to even get another appointment somewhere. Unbelievable and disgusting.
