Javier Armenta, PA-C

Physician Assistant Javier Armenta works as a guide and educator with his clients, providing them with information and treatment options so they can make their own decisions about their health journeys. He connects with people to learn about their lifestyles and daily routines so he is able to tailor preventive care or other treatment. In addition to being a physician assistant, Javier is also a registered diagnostic medical sonographer and registered vascular technologist.
Javier strives to be relatable to all his clients and is open to sharing his own health journey, encouraging them to make small progressive changes over time to create positive habits. Taking his dog on daily walks, doing resistance training twice a week and practicing Jiu-jitsu four to six times weekly are all part of his exercise routine. Cooking at home helps him maintain a reasonably healthy diet, and he focuses on creating healthy sleep hygiene habits.
