Overall, I am very dissatisfied by this practice. They showed a lack of due diligence, competency skills, and quality of work. Below is my experience... When my wife scheduled her initial appointment they scheduled it for two weeks later and wanted to do a virtual appointment. However, when she went to do the virtual appointment they said for new patients they don't do virtual appointments, only face-to-face. Therefore, they had to reschedule her for a week later. When my wife got to her appointment and waited to be seen by the doctor an older gentlemen was there and had to check-in via electronic system. Unfortunately, this older gentlemen had no idea how to operate the system they provided (and he expressed his concern to the front desk staff). Despite this individuals concerns the front desk staff just sat and watched him struggle until another individual from their staff asked that someone help him. Once my wife finally was able to meet with the doctor and she said she… really appreciated him. The doctor had her do some follow up blood work. Upon completing her blood work she received a call two days later saying that she needed to come back to retake her blood because they did not store her blood correctly and instead exposed her blood to solar light. When I scheduled my appointment they scheduled me for two weeks later (after my wife). The day before my appointment they did a check-in. Based on my job history and my answers they wanted me to take a COVID test for pre-cautious. Since I had to wait for my results rather than reschedule me they indicated that I missed my appointment. Once I got my negative results they rescheduled me. However, when I rescheduled they only would let me meet with the nurse practitioner. The day before I had my appointment I received a check-in text message with a different date for my appointment. While I thought this was a simple mistake...when I arrived to my appointment the next day they said they could not find me in the system; according to their records I was scheduled for a different day and time. The only solution they had for me was to come back at the date and time in their system and a manger could follow up with me.

Excellent, compassionate and listens to patients. Perfect primary doctor you can trust.

I moved so his office was the closest to my residence. I have a very complex condition noone understands, let alone want to investigate. All specialists sent me to "my" PCP. At first Dr.Sosa didn't want to take me saying he knows nothing about my condition, but then accepted me, since someone has to do the refills. He said he understands that nobody knows more about my condition than I am. Thanks for that. He did examine me both times, at least listened to my heart, in times when doctors stopped examining and even looking at patients, let alone listening to them. All attention is to computer screen, not a patient. Literally. He sent me to a couple of specialists who are in a "group" who spent 10 min staring into a computer then dismissing me. I realized today that this is new normal. They all do that now. They are required to do data entry, leaving now time for a patient. So no matter who I go to, I'll get the same "treatment". Unless I go to a consierge doctor or something. So… compare to all other "robots", cardio, neurosurgeon, etc. Dr.Sosa at least listens, talks to you and examines. His assistant...well worked with computer. So this is where we are now with "healthcare". Office staff was always nice. Though they don't call you even if your labs are abnormal or they want to see you before approving a refill. Thanks patient portal, one can see labs himself.

Today I made appt. with Dr Sosa because of a hospital stay. So. I get stuck with his nurse practioner. Didn’t have a clue why I was there. I suffer from severe gastritis, and last night I fell and fractured my left foot. Her response I am not prescribing anything you should have meds at home if not use over the counter. My pain level on my ankle is a 10!!! Don’t go here if you want real help

He has a horrible, incompetent office staff. They do not show any regard for the patients. It takes three requests to get an RX to the pharmacy. Don't waste your time here.
