Dr. Jawad Farooq Shaikh, MD

i have been a patient of Dr. Shaikh for very long time maybe 10 years. He is a great doctor and has a very nice smile. His wife is very nice also. He leaves no stone unturned and I have never been misdiagnosed.He has a lot of patients and it is sometimes a long wait but if you come to early for your appointment your going to have to wait longer. He is a busy man. I love My Doctor

Excellent doctor, he doesnt hesatate to send you to specialist or to warn you if he thinks you got bad advice. Only fault is he spends all the time you need and falls behind and causes his schedule to get backed up and you end up waiting longer than most other doctors but when you need the time your thankful to have a md who will spent the time with you. Through and knowledgeable

My last visit lasted from 10:30 until 12:15 for a routine physical. Office schedules a follow-up visit even when there is nothing to follow up on and then gets irrate when you cancel the pointless appointment. If there is bloodwork or something to discuss fine but otherwise it seems like a wasted copay and insurance bill. I am going to look elsewhere after current lab work comes back.

This provider is always slow. If I have appointment at 11am, I will arrive 10 minutes early and I still will not be seen util 12:30 or 1pm. That defeats the purpose of having an appointment. When I am in the office, I at times feel like I am rushed because he is behind. I am seriously considering changing my health care provider. My time is valueable and I would rather spend it doing things other than sitting in the doctors office just for a follow-up.
