Dr. Ayer-Cole is one of the best doctors I’ve seen. I’ve been a patient for over 2 years. During this time her staff has been extremely helpful in assuring all referrals for visits and medications are requested and received. Dr. Ayer-Cole has the most interesting bedside manner that can seem cold to some, but in reality she is thinking. Another review said she had her hand on her forehead while looking down. In my experience it is when she is thinking of the options for your treatments or testing needed for your conditions. It’s how she starts to formulate a plan-of-care. What I like most, is that she offers you a plan-of-care and tailors it to what you want as a patient. I’ve seen many doctors who just tell you want they want to do. She listens to your concerns and works to adjust what she feels is best to what YOU feel is best for your situation. A great doctor with a great staff. She has an attitude out of this world it's disgusting. Go to her for yourself and you'll find yourself wondering what is wrong with her. She's not okay in the head.

I had to wait almost two hours to see Dr.Ayer-Cole, she walked in the room with the worst and most unprofessional attitude and greeting. While speaking to me she kept her head down and her hand on her forehead, spoke in a tone as if I or my situation was insignificant to her. Dr. Ayer-Cole was extremely insensitive with me as my husband and I recently experience a life changing situation. She is quite arrogant and unprofessional. I left her office with no solution or treatment plan. Terrible experience with this Doctor and her ghetto office! P.s. In the bathroom, one of the sink handles were broke. Dirty Curtains hanging in the waiting room.

Mother was diagnosed with a rare slow-growing lymphoma found in people usually in their 60s. Dr. Ayercole was so good at explaining what was happening to my mother and what she was facing. She is very honest and seemed very interested in how we all understood what was ahead. She was at every appointment and we never had to deal with someone else. I would give her six stars if I could.

This is one of my favorite doctors of all times. She is very patient and caring. Takes he time to make me comfortable. Put me at ease during difficult time.

This doctor was very good. She understood what was going on with me right away. She was patient and gave good explanations. She was easy to talk to and calmed my fears. Very surprised she has any negative reviews. Staff were kind and friendly.

This doctor has no bedside manners I will never forget how she treated me she didn't want to listen to me besides I wouldn't even send my dog to see her very much unprofessional

This is a great doctor. I have gone to her for years. She is very understanding. Explains in great detail. Staff is friendly. Everyone makes me feel like they are glad to see me.
