Awful dr

The receptionists are always nice, my girls get a book when they get vaccines, & We don't have to wait long. Those are the only nice things I have to say. As another reviewer mentioned, Dr Capra's nurse is terrible. She is unpleasant, never calls my kids by name, and rarely makes eye contact with any of us. Dr Capra himself is nice enough, but I never feel like he has time for my questions. On my last visit, when I asked about my daughter's thunbsucking, he told "that's the dentist's problem." For me that was the last straw in a long series of events (including a misdiagnosed staph infection that persisted for 6 months). There have to be better pediatric offices out there.

Dr. Capra's receptionist Jamie was very rude, uncaring and not compassionate at all!

Love this doctor - wouldn't ever use another. He is definately highly recommended. :)

Our family loves Dr. Capra and his staff. His practice is excellent!

Dr. Capra has been really nice to me, my daughter and my granddaughter. His nurse however is extremely rude and has no bedside manners at all. Actually she needs to retire because of her hatefulness Dr. Capra really needs to consider getting rid of her. If a mother is telling you she does not want the Genitian Violet put into her daughter mouth what gives you the right to go ahead and do it? Isn't that a law suit? And do you not think we know how you get thrush lady? How rude is a person that will sit and talk about a parent when they are in the same room? You are rude, and not a good nurse at all. You need to remember your not the Dr. YOU ARE THE NURSE!!!!

Just better guys out there in my opinion.
