Dr. Jay Soon Chung

Find another dentist immediately if you see comments here. Those one-star comments are correct. We would not have given this "Dentist" the opportunity to treat us so badly if we had seen the comments prior to our visit. He is so rude that we wonder how he could be in this services sector!!! He will judge you by the language you speak and by the insurance plan you use. If you don't believe, try and you'll end up with "OMG!!!! He is even worse than what they said. I should have...". Don't let Jay Chung ruin your day!

The whole experience is very lovely. Office is clean, quiet, calm and well lit by natural light. Admin is friendly and knows everyone! Very efficient with scheduling and billing. Dr. Chung is friendly, no-nonsense and is great with X-rays, cleanings and fillings. The hygienist gave me one of the best cleanings I've ever had!

Do not go to this dentist he is completely out of his mind. I took my wife for a Root canal on her front tooth, and he wanted to it out. In addition, he said it was impossible to do one and wanted to take out 10 teeth that just needed fillings!!!!! He was rude and disrespectful as well. Consequently, I took my wife to another Dentist and they did the root canal without a problem and filled all the other teeth with out extractions. He got his license off a cereal box and went to a University that apparently takes coupons!
