Dr. Jay Roger Erickson, MD

Dr Erickson has on several different occasions instructed me to go to the ER instead of treating my infection himself, even though he already had the culture results. For someone who allegedly specializes in Infectious Disease to think that their patient would be better off going to an ER (where the risk of infection is exponentially higher) and where he knows the patient will be treated by an Internist who does NOT specialize in Infectious Disease, clearly demonstrates that patient care is NOT a priority for this doctor! He has repeatedly demonstrated that his preference is to “pass the buck!”

Very simple review. Without Dr. Erickson, I probably wouldn't be here..just that simple!

He actually cares about his patients!

Dr. Erickson is very knowledgable, intelligent, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him.

Your appointment will not be on time but don't get upset by this - it's worth it you always bring a good magazine! This doctor takes all the time necessary to fully evaluate your case, and in his particular field that can be time comsuming. He is excellent on all levels and quickly diagnosed what ended up being a rare condition even before the surgical lab results were returned eight weeks later by the CDC. I had suffered for months and undergone surgury becuase no one else could figure it out. I so warmly recommend Dr. Ericsson.
