Highly skilled and experienced individual who has dedicated over five decades to his profession. I had the pleasure of meeting him during his collaboration with Dr. Warren Quilliam. He is a remarkable expert with a courteous and extremely professional demeanor. When I was a new mother over 40 years ago, he was an exceptional doctor who made it effortless for us to grasp how to care for a newborn. It is truly awe-inspiring to witness him practice his profession and impart his knowledge.

Dr Franklin is amazing he took care of all my kids till we moved to Virginia oldest one is 50 my youngest is 32 took care of all of them in they were born they also loved this awesome Dr he’s one of the best sure do miss you Dr.Jay and so do our kids one day hope to see him again hoe he reads my review ????

Dr. Jay is one of those special kinds of people. He loves what he does and we feel like family when we go there. My son '5" loves him. His staff is always amazing, never a wait, I can call anytime and he always says, "bring my boy over". Your looking for a real doctor who loves what he does and is good at it, he's definitely the one!

My kids have been a patient of Dr. Franklin since their arrival at the hospital. He has always been an amazing doctor, that shows love and compassion for their health.

My family has been bringing children to see him since I was a child. He is excellent on staying up to date on any concerns that might be out regarding children. He has the sweetest bedside manner, and knows how to win a kid over.
