I called to get a cream re-filled and they refused to call it in because they say I need to come in and be seen. It's not a drug ~ it's a CREAM!!! My son saw him or someone in his office several times and they were never able to help him. They are too quick and dismissive. He is always in a rush and forces you to return for unnecessary check-ups constantly.

I had been going to Dr Goldsteins office for acne treatment for over seven years and have seen no results, the last meeting I had I went in thinking that finally they would help me fix my problem but instead told me that they could no longer help. I had traveled 6 hours round trip that day because I am currently in college just for them to say they can't help me after 7 years of jack squat. Do not recommend and I personally would say I hate it there.

Burned a hole in my leg taking off skin tag! It took over a year to heal!

I was scheduled with Barbara St John, NP but she was running late. I agreed to see Karlee Walter. Karlee had very general answers to my questions, I felt she was dismissive and condescending. When I had inquired over the phone about other related issues, she was impatient and argumentative. I am very disappointed.

He rushes patients out of the room and doesn't find out what triggers are going on.

Helped me with multiple issues over the years. Everyone in his office is pleasant and helpful. Be sure to allow plenty of time for parking because the parking lot is nearly always full. (Valet parking available at certain times.)

The split second he spent with me he seemed knowledgeable. I was a new patient and he flew in the room at top speed and answered my questions hurriedly. Did not take the time to know me. All the prep work, like the skin exam was done by a NP. Not a bad experience just kind of cattle car feeling.
