He’s the best I’ve seen yet

dr,JAY HARMS IS MY DOCTOR,AT LEAST YEAR.VERY GOOD DOCTOR,AND FRIENDLY,AND KNOW HOW TO TAKE OF HIS PAIENTS.hE IS VERY GOOD MAN.

After waiting for 2 hours, Dr. Harms walks in the room giving me a dirty look as if I was bothering him. Never met the man in my life. I was there for a physical for employment. He was judging my diagnosis and my own doctor, who is into internal medicine. He is smart and kind. This doc didn't even say hi, bye or......well you know the rest. I will never be back here again.

For surgery physical I didnt receive a simple blood pressure or even got weighed. Call repeatedly for them to fill my home delivery prescriptions. Some prescriptions are delayed as much as 9 months and I need to be taking them daily. When I call they said the Dr still has not got to them yet. What? Makes no sense. After tests are done, I call repeatedly to get results. A few times I was told the nurse would call me back as they are too busy. I continue calling and perhaps, after a month I may get them. I have made appts with the Dr just to get my results since it is difficult for them to call me back to briefly tell me the test results. RN doesn't return calls promptly. Perhaps, it is the staff more than the Doctor.

He works at one of three Proctor/Methodist "PromptCare" Centers, so if you have a specific appointment and somebody elso without one walks in off the street with a mysterious bleeding wound, he is REQUIRED by his employer to take care of the emergency first. That's why the lady with the child with the positive strep is all wet, because unless her child had 104 fever or unconscious, she did not have the right to see him before someone else who 's problem was more threatening. Aside from that I found him to be a likeable person who tried to be pleasant, but I think anyone who works in one of those places is under more than a huge amount of stress to deal with the unexpected at any time. He is a bit "liberal" and into alternative stuff. If that bothers you, this not the doctor for you.

Non-caring and communication is horrible !!! Not only with himself but his staff!!!!!
