Dr. Jay Bipinbhai Jani, MD

I am a 75yr old woman with chronic back pain. I had taken hydro Codone for almost 20 years when I was referred to Dr Jani. I saw him for a couple of years. He was very good. He explained things well and was always caring and helpful. Until I tested positive for marijuana. He refused to ever see me again and banned me from his practice. Dr Jani has no information about the benefits of MJ and how it can help a patient relax and sleep. He immediately cut me off my medication, which can be dangerous. I hope he is able to understand the benefits of marijuana some time soon.

Dr Jani is excellent. He answers questions concisely. I've had horrible Pain since 2012 Harley Accident. Dr Jani has given me pain relief without me feeling drugged. I'm grateful my PCP referred me.

Dr. Jani is a very caring doctor and takes time to explain things and answer questions. I’m glad my primary care physician referred me to him.

I went to Dr Jani for years he was excellent Physician. He is very talented at knee injections.

I only had Dr. Jani as a doctor for maybe 2-3 yrs but he ALWAYS answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything he was doing and prescribing me he is a great doctor and hope to be his patient again in the future

Dr. Joni is a very poor physician. He doesn't know who you are when you visit him. His medical technician, Melissa and the other techs in the practice are taught to treat clients as drug seekers. We are all trying to get more medication and we are all considered liars. The office does not have any professional licensed nurses. His business /manager(Carrie) makes medical decisions over the medical technicians. Unfortunately, he is the only pain management physician who can fill scheduled II drugs, like Percocet with all the changing rules and regulations

Does not respond to doctor to doctor phone calls. Tells patient one thing then does something completely different. Office staff is clueless and rude. Receptionist accuses patients of being a liar. Doctor obviously in the profession for money not to help people. Getting a quick appointment was easy but that's probably due to small patient load because of his horrible practice.

Jan Jani is polite and listens. However, his practices are not effective. Unless you believe in Voodoo Medicine then he may be the doctor for you. He will poke you with needles until you are in helpless in pain. Then he will schedule you Physical Therapy and back again to him for more voodoo needle work! Does not look at the problem with traditional diagnostic technology such as an MRI. He does ask you what your are taking for the pain. But does not renew any prescriptions. Each time you go to see VOODOO doctor you will be charged a copay for nothing. If you are looking for traditional medicine SKIP this one! One more thing yes he follows up after visit with another visit so he can pad his bank account with more monies from you!
