Dr. Jay Charles Lick, DO

He delivered both kids, I guess it was fine. Years later I had to have an in-office procedure to laser my cervix that involved going in my vagina and lasering off tissue and then cauterizing. When he láseres me I screamed and jumped and he looked surprised, like he never had that reaction before. Then he had to cauterize and I could barely sit still. I asked him and he said everything was fine. He said I could go back to normal movement right away and didn’t need any bed rest after. A day later I thought I was bleeding to death and went to the ER. After laying down at the ER my bleeding stopped so they sent me home. This continued to reoccur 2-3 more times in the ER where I would have to experience the plastic speculum that when they closed it down it pinched the sides of my wallsand kept putting me through screaming pain. 3-4 trips to the ER in the span of 3 weeks of bleeding out and two times scheduled OR but laying down would stop the bleeding. They actually canceled the surgery… once. Until they finally decided to just go in a sew it up. I’m not a gyno, but I think for one he has to take a big piece that maybe shouldn’t have been cauterized and had surgery to begin with. (He sliced a piece and then needed to go back in to slice more) plus he should have said I needed bed rest because every time I just got up and started normal walking around house work I would bleed out profusely. Having to go in and out the ER 3-4 and be proded and deal with the hurtful plastic speculum.

get away from this loser he likes to gender affirm kids when they cannot even have a adult beverage because they are not old enough but he decides there old enough to ruin there life ...what a pathetic loser

He is one of the most compassionate doctors who listens to what I really need, not just what my insurance wants me to do. Gives the tools to help achieve what you want with your health and makes you feel like you have full autonomy, which is really important in this field. Very respectful overall.

Excellent experience with Dr. Lick in every aspect- consultation, scheduling, bedside manner, surgery, etc. Great doctor for trans men like myself to go to.

Dr. Lick is the most amazing physician I have ever been too. The delivery of our child was incredible. He was patient, confident, and always respectful. He allowed my husband to delivery our baby!!! It will always be special for both of us!!!
