Dr. Jay Jenshong Lin, MD

Dr. Lin will be reported for denying continuous care. He prescribed a 14-day supply of medication, despite the fact that it is only dispensed in 30-day supplies. As a result, I am now out of medication and will experience a lapse tonight. When I contacted the after-hours line to request a correction, Dr. Lin berated me for doing so. Instead of addressing his mistake, he refused to correct the prescription, directly causing this lapse in critical medication. Dr. Lin’s conduct was unprofessional, dismissive, and negligent. His failure to take responsibility for his error has put my health at risk.

always talk about something that not related, everytime like doing nothing, knows how to attrack customers and then bill to you. you even wouldn't know what is wrong with youself. you know, doctors need you to have some problems then they can make money. all about business

This was the only Dr that would treat me & my husband when we didn't have insurance. I travel to Woodland Hills every 3 months from Thousand Oaks 30 + miles, because he cares about his patients health only, not just your money, or your insurance carrier. Like all the Dr's. in Thousand Oaks area are.
